      Business Development Representatives (BDR) are responsible for setting up new account meetings and build/nuture accounts. BDR’s will work close with dedicated regional managers developing prospects lists and working closely with the selling team and its specific partners. Bedrock will provide training and certifying BDR’s with our strategic OEM relationships. BDR’s main task is to build relationships, generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account within their respective team.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Use salesforce.com to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
      • Responsible for the setting up meetings within respective team
      • Able to understand and articulate Bedrock’s value proposition
      • Manage and maintain call list of prospects
      • Able to work effectively with 150-200 accounts per quarter
      • Develop reports for internal use by mining information from various prospecting tools
      • Assist with streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency
      • Maintain clients and provide weekly forecast

      Qualifications

      • 4 year College degree required
      • One to two years of business and/or sales experience a plus
      • Expertise in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) and email databases
      • CRM experience (salesforce.com) a plus
      • HP, Citrix, NetApp, a plus
