    Dean Cappellazzo is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies. Dean also manages interactions with clients, employees and partners. Mr. Cappellazzo personifies Bedrock’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. In his seventeen year career in technology sales, he has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, extended network of contacts and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships. Dean’s experience runs from manufacturing, distribution and technical consulting to the client. Dean was a top producer throughout his career at Bell Micro Products (Bell), MicroAge (MIG) and other startup companies in the Silicon Valley. Prior to starting Bedrock, he served as Vice President of Sales at ECO Systems Group then off to another startup VAR making them one of the Top fifteen fastest growing companies. Mr. Cappellazzo holds a BA from St. Mary’s College in Business Administration.

    Mark Burbrink has been with Bedrock Technology Partners since its inception in 2007. Mark’s roles and responsibilities include Financial and day-to-day Operations of Bedrock. He oversees internal accounting controls, all areas of receivables and payables management, internal and external audits, forecasting financial trends, budgets and reporting. Mark graduated from Purdue University in 1986.
  • Tom-Holt
    As Senior Vice President of Sales at Bedrock Technology Partners, Tom Holt oversees all sales, sales operations and field relationships with our partner community. Tom’s last seven years were spent managing sales and marketing for NetApp’s OEM relationship with IBM. As the Americas Director of Sales, Tom grew the IBM N series business from $40M to over $250M in revenue. Prior to NetApp, Tom spent over five years at IBM in senior leadership roles touching all three facets of the IBM business; software, hardware and consulting services. Tom was a top performer and held many sales and sale management roles including Director of Sales at Arrow Electronics, Director of Sales at Bell Microproducts (now Avnet). Tom holds a BA in Marketing and Economics from Iowa State University and completed the IBM Harvard Business School leadership course.
